Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Delivery services are available for purchase within Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia)
- Your parcel will be delivered using Shamawar Medicare’s appointed delivery courier company
- Once payment for order is made, you are not allowed to make any changes on the delivery address
- Shamawar Medicare shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Product of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer
- Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances
- If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address
- Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays
- No delivery services shall be available on Saturday and Sunday
- Delivery orders will be delivered:
- 3 to 5 working days for orders within Peninsular Malaysia
- 5 to 10 working days for orders within East Malaysia
- Shamawar Medicare cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and Shamawar Medicare shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Shamawar Medicare
- Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the weight of the Order received:
